This category includes various radio related topics. I've been "into" radio since I was very young, mostly due to my father's influence. About as far back as I can remember, he has been an amatuer radio operator, enjoyed "dx'ing" and worked as a radio and television producer. I grew up in a house that had towers or tripods on the roof, with lights the blinked in time to CW, visiting radio and telvision studios, watching teletype machines, and being fascinated by the voices and sounds coming out of the speaker or headphones from remote parts of the world.
